System Flow Controller

This position is based in the Engineering Department and reports to the Engineering Manager. You will provide a first line man-machine interface to enable product flow through the automated/non automated MHE machinery on the customer site.
**Responsibilities**:
- To carry out first line response to faults, blockages, issues on or around the automated / non-automated MHE equipment.
- To receive and complete work orders within planned or reactive work assignments.
- To resolve faults / blockages / issues within agreed time scales for service delivery.
- To work within Health and Safety guidelines.
- To carry out tasks under limited supervision with approved guidelines, method statements and risk assessments.
- To report back to engineering re-occurring faults or issues to enable continuous improvement or re-engineering analysis to be undertaken.
- Other duties as assigned for example :Technical cleaning
**Requirements**:
- Has worked in a warehouse or automated environment.
- Has a basic understanding of mechanical / electronically operated machinery.
- Good / fair IT skills.
- Minimum standards of numeracy and literacy.
