At PPHE, we are all about creating amazing experiences, valued moments, and warm welcomes. Saying this we are now on the lookout for a **Human Resources Coordinator** to join our team.

As our **Human Resources Coordinator,** under the support and guidance of the HR Support Centre Team Leader, you will complete tasks within the function of the HR Support Centre. Responsible for all administration within the Human Resources department, ensuring a timely, efficient, and accurate service is provided.

We are looking for a **Human Resources Coordinator **who:

- Completes tasks relevant but not limited to the employee cycle (new starters, their journey within PPHE and when they leave us). Assists the business with learning & development activities such as “we are creators” office or hotel welcomes as well as large hotel onboarding sessions
- Assists wider HR Team with employee relations administration, assists the core Heads in relating to the Applicant Tracking System, the LMS and online onboarding procedures
- Keeps an accurate, up-to-date record of all employees on our HRIS “Fourth”, “Adaxes” and “Cornerstone”
- Always promotes the HR department in a professional manner, maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Ensure that all activities are in compliance with national laws and regulations, management decisions and PPHE Hotel Groups operating policies, processes and procedures
- Communicates effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and service providers (including hotel colleagues) via written correspondence, phone and face to face
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability when personalising external and internal HRSC customers needs and the changing demand and priorities of the business

- With previous experience in an administrative role and a keen interest to pursue a career in HR
