Legal Secretary/assistant

Our client is a well-established, legal company, are looking for a Legal Secretary/Assistant to join their team in Barton.
Job Duties:
- Working closely with the fee-earner, assistant and other secretarial colleagues, assisting with cover when required.
- Arranging appointments and dealing with clients.
- Undertake administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and updating client details.
- Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters, legal forms, precedents and quotes.
- Handle all confidential information discreetly.
- Access and input data on the firm’s client case management system
- SOS - Solicitors own Software.
**Skills/ experience**
- Good communication skills and a confident, friendly and outgoing manner both over the phone and in person
- Proven experience working as a Secretary/Assistant
- Excellent technical skills which include a fast and accurate typing speed
- The ability to manage a busy workload with mínimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
