**Trainee Traffic Planner**

**Fareham - Own transport is required due to location**

**Permanent**
- prepare the driver’s daily work sheets
- arrange daily driver allocation to vehicles suited to their abilities
- ensure vehicles are routed and operated effectively and efficiently
- reschedule work as necessary to cover driver absence or vehicle breakdowns
- register and arrange delivery/collection of asbestos related jobs
- implement the Tructyre/Service Centre Wheel Removal process
- take and process customer orders.

**To be considered you must have**
- good telephone manner and interpersonal skills, ie being friendly, polite, and professional at all times
- very good attention to detail, to ensure accurate information, and good organisation and communication skills
- ability to multi-task and have a good recollection of what you have been asked and told
- ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- some geographical knowledge
- ability to learn and use a system proficiently with good IT skills
- ability to remain calm and patient when under pressure
- be conscientious, reliable, flexible, and adaptable, as well as positive, motivated and pro-active.

**Salary**

£25,000

**Hours
Between 6am to 6pm on a 9 hour shift with 1 hours unpaid lunch

Saturday mornings from 7.00 am to 12.30 pm on a rota basis.
