**Package**
- £35,000 to £37,500 per annum (dependant on experience)

This stately hotel in the heart of London, dates back to the early 1900's and is currently recruiting a Pastry Sous Chef to join their team and help them to raise the bar on standards here as there are big plans afoot

You will be responsible for the afternoon tea offering here, creating and serving up some delicious sweet and savoury treats in the hotels opulent afternoon tea room.

**What's involved?**

Reporting into the Executive Chef, the successful Pastry Sous Chef will be responsible for running the whole afternoon tea service single handidly - both savoury and sweet - including the ordering but will have the assistance of a Commis Chef at the weekends,when business levels increase. You will create the afternoon tea menu, costings and then completing a tasting to a timescale before your menu goes live. Ideally, you will have previously worked in a 5-star hotel and should have experience in either chocolateor sugar work.
