Safran Helicopter Engines UK Ltd are being supported by PETA Ltd to recruit and train an enthusiastic and process driven Administrator Apprentice to join their Commercial team.

**Training to be provided**:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

**About the role**:
As a Commercial Administrator Apprentice, you will learn how to efficiently carry out various administration tasks in a professional manner. These tasks will include:

- Initiate and work on continuous improvement projects
- Review procedures when required
- Monitor KPIS, spares, Core return lead times, overdues
- Resolve administrative problems, continuously identify process improvement opportunities
- Sales order processing and raising quotations in line with the commercial policy
- Maintain and update company systems
- Regularly update departmental and company reports
- Maintain customer on time delivery, co-ordinate spares reporting on a daily basis
- Maintain pricing data

**Essential Skills**:
As this is an apprenticeship role, no experience is required However, our ideal Commercial Administrator Apprentice will require motivation, attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. To be considered for the role, you will also need:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of IT system including word, excel and outlook
- The ability to work indpendetly but also as part of a team
- A proactive approach to work

Please note: GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required.
