**The Role**
**This leading International Firm are seeking an experienced Funds Finance, Managing Associate/ Of Counsel, to join their L500 Ranked Team, in London.**
Making an impact in their Global Banking & Finance Group, you will be joining some of the best Lawyers in the industry; meanwhile working collaboratively with your International counterparts.
The team profile is impressive They have established themselves as a reliable and innovative alternative to many of the more stoic practices. They are sought out by some of the most prestigious clients in these markets as the "go-to" advisor across Banking& Finance.
**At Managing Associate/ Of Counsel level, you will have a range of Funds Finance experience, working across**:
- Capital Call, Hybrid, Partner, Management Fee, Co-invest and NAV/ Asset backed facilities
- Fund Structures
- Partnership documents
- Lender & Borrower side (ideally)
- Being collaborative in supporting the wider Finance team work on transactions
Due to the planned growth for this Group, and structure of this role - excellent further progression prospects on offer; with all the resources, investment and mentor guaranteed, for you to reach Partner.
**Requirements**:
- You will be a Managing Associate or above with 6PQE +
- Proven experience and interest working across Funds Finance, and a range of facilities
- Open to those from Top 200 UK, City, Global & US Firms or strong Regional, looking to relocate
