**As a Clerical administration assistant your role will include (but not be limited to)**:
- Updating / Data entry on excel spreadsheets
- Updating information on internal IT systems
- Answering incoming & Making external calls to clients
- Scanning / photo coping Admin tasks for area managers
- Drafting and sending letters to clients
**What Skills you will need as a Clerical administration assistant?**:
- You will have high attention to detail
- you will have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- You will be a great team player who is able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- Good IT skills is a must and a you will be able to pick things up quickly
- Previous Administration experience is desired
