Are you looking to work in a busy Human Resources office fully utilising your administration, organisation, and communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, small team where you will be managing a wide variety of recruitment, compliance, and HR duties.

The Human Resources Department is a key function providing services to ensure the provision of a high-class assistance to our staff, volunteers, and contractors (c250 people). It is essential that you can prioritise workload to meet the demands of the department, work well under pressure and have previous experience in a complex customer facing, administration role. To be considered you must have exceptional IT skills, attention to detail, relationship management skills and be confident in communicating both orally and in writing.

Downside is an independent, co-educational boarding and day school for pupils aged 11 to 18, and one of England’s oldest and most distinguished Catholic schools. We are situated at the foot of the Mendip Hills, twelve miles south of the city of Bath.

If you would like to be part of a small but highly professional team, supporting our internal and external stakeholders we would love to hear from you.
