Report any unsafe acts, environments, situations to Supervisor immediately

Report all Hazards / Near Losses to Supervisor

Ensure all work orders are responded to quickly and efficiently

Wear and maintain work wear and PPE provided

Ensure regular attendance and punctuality, following company procedures for holidays and sickness

Meet company expectations in relation to conduct and performance

Responsible for distribution of roller towels and dust mats to locations side wide

Responsible for distribution of cleaning materials/consumables to locations side wide for Cleaning Operatives

Collect general waste and recycling site wide and dispose of in appropriate skip

Collect confidential waste from locked bins site wide and dispose of in appropriate skip, following proper procedures to maintain confidentiality

Assist with conference room 'set ups' in Admin buildings

Water cooler/bottled water deliveries site wide

Laundry collections/deliveries site wide

Office Moves cover - assisting with office moves, covering for holidays

Assist Team Leader with any other duties required

**Dimensions**:
Able to uphold requirements for self-presentation and appearance in accordance with expected standards

Demonstrates integrity and respect for others while in a variety of different working environments

Courteous and polite manner with an emphasis on Customer Service.

Ability to work in a team and adhere to the 'One Team' Approach

Take responsibility and be accountable for own work

**Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills**:
Good basic education
