Responsibilities:

Oversee all maintenance operations within the construction site, ensuring high-quality standards.
Manage a team of skilled tradesmen, providing guidance and support to optimise performance.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with project managers to align maintenance activities with ongoing construction projects.
Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the maintenance team. Skills Required:

Practical experience within a trades environment.
Strong background in surveying or building management.
Comprehensive knowledge of building construction processes and systems.
Proven experience in a Maintenance or Estates environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage Health & Safety effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Enhanced DBS will be required.
