**Your new role**
Working for a a lead property services the successful applicant will hold a busy role providing admin support to the business and directly to the Partner. This is a newly created role due to an upturn in business and will be an exciting opportunity offeringpotential to grow with the business and personal development.
Successful applicants will ideally have held a similar role recently and be able to complete the duties of the role as outlined below;
- Admin and secretarial support to the Partner
- Typing of documents and contract admin
- Reception
- Typing up dictated notes
- Diary management
- General admin duties - ordering supplies, typing, sending our correspondence, data entry ,post, Excel spreadsheet management
- A good working knowledge of Excel and MS Office will be required
**What you'll need to succeed**
Successful applicants will ;
- Have excellent office support skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
