**Role**: Administrator
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
**Contract**: Permanent
**Location**: Sheffield | On site parking
**Salary**: £23,000pa - £25,000pa + 33 days holiday, progression opportunities & free parking
**Duties -**
- Management of tenders and contracts
- Produce reports for higher management
- Coordinate tenders including submissions
- Maintain sales contracts and framework agreements
- Maintaining quality documents, working alongside the Quality Manager
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Working with high levels of accuracy and often to tight deadlines
- Ad hoc administrative support as and when needed
**Experience**:
- Strong administration skills with the ability to work with high levels of accuracy
- Strong IT skills with the ability to use Outlook, Excel and CRM portals
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior members of the business
- Previous experience working within a medical setting would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience working with tenders and contracts would be a distinct advantage.
