**Overview**

**The Opportunity**

Our client, a growing and ambitious firm based in prestigious offices in central London, provides independent financial advice and investment management for Private Clients and their families. They are looking now to subsequently grow their team to recruita committed IFA Administrator or junior Paraplanner to provide full paraplanning and some administrative support to an existing team supporting the existing team of two Advisors and an experienced Financial Administrator.

**The Responsibilities**

The role of the IFA Administrator/Junior Paraplanner will include the following tasks-- Point of contact for all clients
- Screening and dealing with the consultant’s correspondence including calls
- Preparing suitability report packs o
- Maintaining all regulatory and internal firm requirements
- Product and fund research
- Liaising with the administrator to ensure prompt and compliant submission of new business
- Assisting with the preparation of portfolio valuations/reviews and packs for client reviews and meetings
- Managing pipeline business
- Maintaining new business and existing records on the firm’s back-office system (Intelliflo Office)
- Ensuring portfolios are rebalanced promptly and accurately
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects for the wider practice team

To be considered for the role, as an experienced IFA Administrator or junior Paraplanner will be required to demonstrate the following skills at the interview-- A working recent knowledge of the Intelliflo (IO) back-office system (Desirable)
- Experience of liaising with product/investment providers and platforms
- The ability to produce clear and accurate suitability reports
- Commitment and evidence of studying ( RO exams)
- Excellent communication skills both in person and written
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation with strict time management and organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- IT skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams) and the ability to pick up new software/programs quickly
