**The Opportunity**

**The Role**

As an experienced IFA Administrator or junior Paraplanner, duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Acting as a point of contact for clients
- Preparing suitability report packs and ensuring all regulatory and internal firm requirements are met
- Product and fund research
- Liaising with the administrator to ensure prompt and compliant submission of new business
- Assisting with the preparation of portfolio valuations/reviews and packs for client reviews and meetings
- Managing pipeline business
- Maintaining new business and existing records on the firm’s back-office system (Intelliflo Office)
- Ensuring portfolios are rebalanced promptly and accurately
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects for the wider practice team

**About you**

As an experienced IFA Administrator or junior Paraplanner will possess the following:

- Good knowledge and recent experience of the Intelliflo (IO) back-office system (Desirable)
- Experience of liaising with product/investment providers and platforms
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- The ability to produce comprehensive, accurate, and clear suitability reports using a combination of standard paragraphs and free text
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team but also to work unsupervised with a high level of self-motivation
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- IT skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams) and the ability to pick up new software/programs quickly
