Duties for the Mortgage Administrator:

- Case management for all Mortgage Applications
- Educating customers about the process and influencing them to progress details quickly
- Dealing with confidential documents in a professional manner
- Managing multiple cases at any one time, often with conflicting deadlines
- Ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements and comply with all company policies
- Liaising with brokers and other departments
- Identifying any potentially fraudulent activity and escalate any concerns to team leader, Financial Crime team or the Compliance Department.

Skills for the Mortgage Administrator
- We would like to hear from you if you have experience working within the financial industry as a Loan Administrator, Loan Officer, Loan Case Manager, Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Processor, 1st or 2nd Charge Case Manager or other FCA regulated roles
- You must have excellent attention to detail to analyse important paperwork
- A strong communicator
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
- CeMAP qualified would be a huge advantage but not essential
