The Company
A fantastic opportunity to join a Beauty business on a real growth trajectory, with recent investment to take them to the next level. They have an incredibly unique story to tell, continually evolving but maintaining a unique proposition in the ever-changingenvironment that is today’s beauty landscape. There is both a field and Head Office based team, but a strong collaboration between the two.

The essence of the role
This role is suitable for someone who has strong experience within the UK market (Boots, Superdrug, the Grocers). This is a standalone role so you will work closely with the MD, and holding full P&L responsibility for all UK and global sales. You will befull of energy with a tenacious and team playing attitude. An articulate pitching style and flawless presentation skills are a must. This would suit someone who is wanting to do equal parts AM and BD. For the right commercially astute individual, this is aphenomenal opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Scope of the role
- Develop and manage new business and existing accounts, with fantastic and mutually beneficial relationships
- Constructing an effective sales strategy supporting growth across the board
- Gaining market share through innovation and management of trade and promotional activities
- Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure shared objectives are met
Prerequisites
- Significant experience within the beauty industry
- Experience within relevant accounts (on and offline)
- Strong new business and R2M capabilities
- Able to work to multiple time critical paths with excellent negotiating skills
- Skilled at pulling together proposals and strategies, utilising these to make sales targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset and agile approach
