The Firm

Our client is a large US law firm with offices globally. They are known for their work across multiple corporate specialisms and have built a strong name for themselves in Funds, Corporate M&A, and Debt Finance transactions.

The Team

The firm's IP team supports clients across multiple areas, including life sciences, patent and product lifecycle, patent litigation, and IP enforcement. The IP litigation team routinely handles high-stakes disputes, representing large multinational clients in blockbuster cases. They have a wealth of experience and are considered to be one of the cutting-edge litigation teams in London.

The Role

The successful Paralegal will be working directly with the Partners and Associates on all client matters from pre-litigation through to trial, appeal, and conclusion of proceedings. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cases including hearing preparation, document management, managing the flow of information, and establishing best practice policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for experienced IP litigation Paralegals who have been working in a leading UK/US law firm in London. The firm is also open to considering strong Litigation Paralegals who have an interest in IP.
