About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  3. Ensure all events meet the highest standards of service, reflecting the company's five-star reputation.
  4. Coordinate logistics, including venue management, catering, AV requirements, and guest services.
  5. Supervise event staff and ensure they maintain exceptional presentation and service levels.
  6. Handle last-minute changes or challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
  7. Work collaboratively with internal teams to align events with business goals.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in corporate events within financial services or a luxury hospitality setting.
  2. Impeccable presentation and a five-star approach to service.
  3. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under pressure.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering excellence.
