Are you a natural communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth?
We're looking for a Business Development Co-Ordinator to join our team This is your chance to play a key role in generating new business opportunities, booking high-value meetings, and making an impact in a dynamic, growing company.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through warm and cold calls
- Booking meetings and CPDs for the external sales team
- Nurturing relationships and following up on leads to drive sales
- Managing and updating the CRM with key client information
- Researching industry trends and spotting new opportunities
- Representing the company at networking events and exhibitions
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a sales or telesales environment
- Confident in cold calling and relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
