Who We're Looking For:

  1. Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, ideally B2B, with a passion for building relationships and achieving targets.
  2. Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and a professional manner.
  3. Organised & Self-Driven: Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities while staying productive and organised.
  4. Team Player: A collaborative approach, with a drive to succeed as part of a small but motivated team.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is highly preferred.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Essential: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A* to C or equivalents), with a passion for sales and personal development.
  2. Desirable: A-levels and/or Degree-level qualifications.
  3. Bonus Points: Experience in engineering, machinery, or agriculture sectors, and the ability to speak additional languages.
