  • Ensure the successful delivery of new MDR, MXDR, CTEM, and other cybersecurity products.
  • Collaborate with the Product and UI/UX teams to translate product vision and customer needs into actionable development plans.
  • Work with Solution Directors to ensure that development efforts align with customer requirements and market demands.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.

Quality Assurance & Security:

  • Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
  • Ensure that all development projects adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and cybersecurity.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and approaches.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior development leadership role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Defender products, Sentinel, and Purview.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Aha.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Other Information

You will get an excellent salary, with world-class benefits (private health, generous holiday allowance with a competitive holiday plan, offering you more time to relax and unwind alongside flexible working.)
