Head of IT Infrastructure - City of Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom - Head Resourcing

The Head of IT Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing and managing our IT systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. This includes leading a team of eight IT professionals to achieve optimal performance and deliver high-quality IT services that meet user needs and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT Infrastructure: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of eight IT colleagues, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver excellent IT services that meet the needs of users and stakeholders.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and implement new processes and technologies as necessary to drive cost reduction and innovation.
