With your strong negotiation skills, experience in account management, and a strategic mindset, you will play an integral part in driving business growth.As part of our team we promise to offer you a unique and motivating working environment, with highly rewarding opportunities for personal and professional development, we want you to grow as we grow.How Will You ContributeTransforming Insight into actions:Generating and utilizing data-led insights to prioritise category, channel and customer opportunities and plans.Building effective growth strategies with customers:Through alignment to our category vision, implementing revenue growth management levers (pricing, trade terms, promotional investment, mix management, Pack Price Architecture) and a vision for the point of buying.Demonstrate the ability to think on a 12 month to 3 year time-frame.Planning and Executional Excellence:Through end-to-end management of the P&L, forecasting and monitoring of performance, and great execution of our plans at the point of buying (online and offline).Best in Class Customer Leadership:Through Selling and Influencing, Negotiating and Joint Business Planning.Able to set the framework for a proposition and work cross-functionally to build compelling insight-led stories and commercial propositions that differentiate Grenade with the customer and shopper.Can sell and negotiate effectively to deliver solutions and results that work for both parties.Able to translate customer needs and broader trends to identify growth opportunities and build aligned solutions for mutual benefit.Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers:Build relationships at Senior Buyer/Category Buying Manager level with key customers.Take a leadership role within the UK Sales Team.Person SpecificationStrong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the team.Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insight.A customer-centric approach to building and maintaining relationships.Excellent selling, influencing and negotiation skills.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.Capable of working with a high level of self-sufficiency, coupled with a strong sense of collaboration.Self-motivated, disciplined, organised and flexible.Collaborative, enabling meaningful working relationships with the rest of the Grenade team.Proven experience in National Account Management, preferably in the FMCG sector.The PackageIncentive PlansFlexible Working Approach25 days annual leave + bank holidaysBirthday Day offPrivate Medical Insurance for you and your familyLife AssuranceContributory Pension SchemeEnhanced Maternity and Paternity PayHuge Staff Discount on productsRecognition AwardsStudy Support ProgrammesSubsidised on site Nuffield Gym, Restaurant and CafeFree on-site parkingEmployee Assistance and Well-Being PlatformsEntry to Cadbury World and discounts for friends and family. #J-18808-Ljbffr
