Are you an experienced IT Project Manager interested in joining our biotech client that is leading the way in developing innovative CAR-T cell therapies for cancer treatment?

We're hiring for a fast growing clinical-stage bio-pharmaceutical company at an exciting stage of development and would like to appoint an IT Project Manager responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of the IT workstream for the capital/site expansion project.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with team members across various functions and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on time and on budget delivery.
  2. Develop and manage project documents, including project plans, RAID log, communication plan, and budget inline with PMO governance and methodology.
  3. Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating critical issues as needed.
  4. Lead regular status and working meetings with project team members to support delivery.
  5. Deliver project deliverables on time, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
  6. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project health, status, risks and issues, resourcing, et al. Prepare weekly status reports and other stakeholder updates as required to support this.
  7. Manage and communicate any workstream change requests, ensuring all parties understand impacts on schedule, scope, and budget.
  8. Monitor and manage project budget, ensuring all deviations are controlled through formal change management processes.
  9. Facilitate change management activities including QMS to support adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.
  10. Evaluate technical feasibility during project planning to ensure alignment with IT capabilities and infrastructure.
  11. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and internal standards throughout project activities.

Experience

  1. Ability to lead a matrix team effectively. Minimum 5 years of team lead experience.
  2. Ability to proactively and effectively communicate to stakeholders.
  3. Ability to effectively resource plan and communicate the plan with the people resources impacted.
  4. Ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders (internal IT teams, facilities and engineering teams, and external vendor(s)).
  5. Ability to communicate using business language as well as technical language and to articulate the "why" behind the approach or the work being done.
  6. Budget management experience for projects $100k+.
  7. Minimum 5 years of experience in capital projects that include IT and OT components.
