Samsung SDS is our global software solutions and IT services division. Within the Marketing MSP Team we provide services and support covering digital transformations across all of Europe. You will work as part of this team supporting our marketing activities for 20+ European countries.

For this role we are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to lead a team of Sales and Finance Analysts in support of the Marketing MSP Team Head.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the company's internal solutions, pricing structures, and sales targets. They will be working directly with the budget owners within Marketing MSP as well as all stakeholders on issues relating to finance and budget management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Understand Company's Internal Solutions and Pricing Structure
  • Lead a Team of Sales and Finance Analysts
  • Setup Project Profitability Evaluation Processes
  • Analyse Financials for various Projects
  • Provide Expert guidance on Strategic Planning Matters
  • Actively engage with Project Managers to ensure effective Sales activities
  • Support Subsidiary Strategy Committee with Project Profit Simulations
  • Train Team members, including creating Job Manuals and Closing Checklists
  • Manage and support Accounts Receivable and monitor Payment Collection Process
  • Oversee timely and accurate completion of Monthly Billing
  • Create various Reports based on Sales/Profit information
  • Oversee Cost Process and accurate Cost Recognition/Accruals
  • Forecast Monthly/Yearly Sales and Profit Plan
  • Collaborate with other Departments to Resolve Sales-Related issues
  • Customer and Vendor Contract Management
  • Conduct Internal Audit - ICFR Control Process Review and Evaluation

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Minimum 5 Years' experience in Financial Analysis or similar role
  • Proven Leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • (Must have) proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Applications
  • Experience with ERP Systems (SAP, Salesforce, Etc.) preferred

  • Sales team, Project Managers (Internal)
  • Procurement Team, Legal team (Internal)
  • Customers and Vendors (External)
  • Samsung-affiliated Customers
  • SDSK, SDSI

HOURS OF WORK:

37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
