The Role:
As a Media Buyer, you're the fresh talent we're eager to welcome into our operations team. Working closely with our Head of Agency, you'll dive headfirst into managing, optimising, and enhancing our paid social advertising initiatives. You'll take the reins on a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor for growth strategies. Expect to:
- Work predominantly within the Meta Advertising suite alongside some TikTok accounts.
- Drive campaign performance, navigating towards new heights of success.
- Liaise with the design team to create compelling creatives and landing pages.
- Lead the overarching strategy of your clients' accounts.
- Implement marketing strategies rooted in data, innovative research, and client feedback.
- Analyse, report, refine, and scale successful tactics to maximise client ROI.
- Manage large-scale Paid Social campaigns across Meta & TikTok.
- Manage large-scale budgets for a range of clients.
- Collaborate with our creative team to define Paid Social strategy for a range of clients.
- Work with the Account Managers to ensure team activity is planned in advance while maintaining healthy profit margins across all clients.
- Assist the Head of Agency in achieving the department's commercial objectives and goals.
Who We're Seeking:
- 3+ years proven experience in paid social media management with a deep understanding of social media strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Finger on the pulse with emerging trends, tools, and industry best practices in social media.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
