What You'll Do:

  1. Execute high-impact paid media campaigns - Work across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
  2. Analyse and optimise performance - Track, measure, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI and engagement.
  3. Collaborate on creative ads - Work with content teams to develop eye-catching, high-performing ad creatives.
  4. Stay ahead of trends - Research new digital marketing tools and trends to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
  5. Manage budgets efficiently - Ensure every penny of ad spend delivers maximum impact.
  6. Leverage Shopify and e-commerce insights - Use data-driven strategies to turn clicks into conversions.
What We're Looking For:

  1. 2+ years of experience in Social Media management.
  2. 2+ years of experience particularly in TikTok & Meta campaign management.
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Attention to detail and copywriting skills.
  5. Creative and data-driven.
  6. Test and learn mentality.
  7. Fast-paced environment experience.
