Workshop Supervisor - Northamptonshire - Heavy Plant

NEOS are currently working with a great Plant Company in Northamptonshire who are looking for a Workshop Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business in the Plant Hire Sector.

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be overseeing the day-to-day running of Hire Team Fitters and will report directly to the Workshop Manager. You will be required to do the following:

  1. Manage the Fitters within your remit of the Workshop.
  2. Inspect and check Heavy Plant to ensure they are fit for Hire.
  3. Adapt and overcome faults and assist team members if needed to diagnose issues.
  4. Support the Workshop Manager with all Health & Safety requirements.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has Heavy Plant knowledge and NVQ Level 2 Plant Maintenance, although other qualifications can be taken into consideration.
