You will be a key member of the Workforce Partnering & Advisory team supporting a designated service managing employee relations, workforce planning and other HR related matters.

You will be a key member of the service's senior management team and give high-level HR advice on a regular basis to this group and others as needed.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to work in an area of special interest on a Trustwide basis. Applicants are asked to indicate on their supporting information what area(s) would be of interest to them and how they feel they could add value.
