About the Role
  • Position: Subject Leader – Business Studies
  • Salary: Competitive (based on experience and leadership responsibilities)
  • Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Start Date: As soon as possible or by arrangement
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Business Studies department to achieve outstanding results.
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Monitor and track student progress, implementing effective interventions as needed.
  • Support and mentor colleagues to enhance their professional practice.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the school's wider objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • QTS with a degree in Business Studies or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
