Introduction: Wipro is looking for a Solution Architect to join our team. As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for architecting enterprise scale solutions using the Workday product set.

Your Responsibilities: As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Experience in architecting enterprise scale solutions using the Workday product set
  • Previous experience in performing in a large complex change programmed with scope coverage of Finance, HCM and Procurement delivery
  • Experience in solutions that utilize the Workday platform & Ivalua Platform
  • Involvement in the complete project cycle of several significant IT change delivery programs
  • Experience of HCM, Finance and Procurement platforms (specifically within an Energy Services Environment)
  • Strong experience in technical analysis, architecture, and design at an enterprise solutioning level
  • Experience working within the Energy sector; and delivering to regulatory, legislative and security standards
  • Extensive application delivery experience, particularly with Workday technologies
  • Solid experience of architecture frameworks, reference models, and management of the architecture repository
  • Solid experience in management of the Technical Architecture (supporting continuous improvements and roadmaps)

Mandatory Skills: You will have a solid understanding of:

  • Finance, HCM and Procurement processes and methodologies
  • API-centric architecture, microservices, and data integration techniques

Desirable Skills: Ideally, you will be familiar with:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders from the Architecture Team, IT Leadership, Programmed Management, Service Delivery and Supplier architecture functions
  • Facilitating appropriate technology decisions and ensuring alignment across business change, IT architecture and technology solution delivery to meet business objectives
  • Ensuring compliance of enterprise technology solutions
