As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in technical advisory & solutioning part of sales support, designing & implementing scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. You will work with President-UK & team to collaborate with potential & existing customers, stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and development teams, to gather requirements, define architectures, and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

You are all set to:

  1. Work with UK & European sales leaders and wider Kanini organisation to win new business.
  2. Collaborate with Customer (Prospects & existing) and Kanini internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
  3. Keen focus on understanding the functional and non-functional requirements.
  4. Ability to articulate thoughts into actions to a diverse set of audiences like Business analysts, testers, coders, architects, DevOps.
  5. Provide technical thought leadership to customers (prospects & existing) and guidance to Kanini development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.
  6. Be "Business Savvy" ready to present business solutions to business sponsors.
  7. Be a problem solver and focus on providing different solutions to problems.
  8. Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  9. Build and operationalize target state architecture.
  10. Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations to improve system performance, reliability, and usability.
  11. Develop architectural documentation, including system diagrams, specifications, and guidelines, to support project delivery and future maintenance.
  12. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.
  13. Lead proof-of-concept efforts and perform technical feasibility studies to validate solution designs.
  14. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations of the solution.
  15. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their application within the organization.
  16. Identify technical risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  17. Be "Hands-On" ready to dive deeper into technology when needed.
  18. Understand Data design patterns.
  19. Conceive, create on-paper solutions for target state architecture.
  20. Guide/Mentor tech team when needed.
  21. Evangelize the solution to different stakeholders.
  22. Experience in Healthcare, Banking & financial, Manufacturing industry will be added value, but not mandatory.

You bring in:

  1. Proven track record of 10+ years in a solution architect role with an overall experience of 15+ years.
  2. Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems.
  3. Proven track record in supporting pre-sales and sales activities enabling revenue growth.
  4. Providing thought leadership with prospect & existing customers and internal Kanini teams.
  5. Deeper expertise in Digital transformation (Platform modernisation & Rationalisation), Data Analytics, Cloud architecture (primarily AWS & Azure) and Cloud cost optimisation approach.
  6. Experience in designing solutions using the .NET tech stack, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  7. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure (also Google Cloud Platform will be good – not mandatory).
  8. Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and experience in designing event-driven systems using Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings.
  9. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  10. Experience in Data Analytics, ML solutions & technology solution.
  11. Gen AI R&D experience and understanding of business needs will be great.
  12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  13. Excellent customer facing, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  14. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  15. Proficiency in one or more programming languages and frameworks.
  16. Knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
  17. Knowledge of frontend technologies and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  18. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  19. Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
