HR Graduate/HR Operations Specialist

Position Summary

Are you a recent HR graduate or an aspiring HR Generalist looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic, international environment? This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a European HR Shared Service Centre, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support to employees across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing excellent HR support through the People Service Centre.
  2. Learn to navigate and administer HR processes, policies, and compliance across different European countries.
  3. Ensure accurate HRIS data entry for benefits and payroll, gaining key system experience.
  4. Support the employee journey from onboarding (offer stage to induction) through to career changes and offboarding.
  5. Work alongside managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, handling key HR processes.
  6. Assist Senior Specialists and HR managers on a variety of exciting projects, gaining real-world HR experience.

Skills and experience

  1. Strong communication & relationship-building skills – You enjoy working with people and can communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking.
  2. Great time management – You can prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  3. English proficiency – Strong English skills are essential, and additional European language skills would be a plus
  4. Detail-oriented & analytical mindset – You have a keen eye for accuracy and enjoy problem-solving.
  5. HR knowledge or experience – A degree in Human Resource Management and/or previous HR experience would be beneficial.
  6. Tech-savvy & eager to learn – Experience with HR systems (such as Workday) is an advantage, but a willingness to learn new technologies is just as important
