You will have solid HR experience & CIPD qualification. This busy varied role entails providing support, advice and guidance to Managers and employees, ensuring compliance with Company Policies and current legislation relating to employment.

Recruitment. Ensure all staff issues are resolved quickly and that fair treatment is applied by following laid down disciplinary and grievance procedures.

You will need a good general HR knowledge with the ability to self directed, Proactive nature. Taking action before being forced into events by seizing opportunities. Adapting easily to change and identifying the merits of different methods. Good general communication and IT skills.
