Position Overview:
World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for a Security Sales Advisor to join our Security Sales team working with our European team. Your role will be to partner effectively with the core and cross-functional teams within WWT to formulate and drive an all-encompassing strategy from an idea to a business outcome. This position will be focused on achieving goals by selling World Wide Technology's suite of Security products and services through multiple OEMs. Candidates who have experience selling Enterprise Strategic projects would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of the GS&A Security Sales & Advisory team to develop sales strategy and execute against it to achieve in-region sales and profit targets.
- Owning a group of strategic and new business accounts, responsible for the creation, management, and closure of the cyber security pipeline.
- Working as part of a wider security team to develop sales strategy and execute against it to achieve global sales and profit targets.
- Building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor and extended part of the overall account team.
- Positioning Security solutions to large enterprise clientele.
- Ability to effectively profile target accounts.
- Professional networking to build relationships with C-level executives, Executive Directors, Managing Directors, and decision-making managers at targeted clients.
- Developing and maintaining client and OEM relationships with our strategic partners.
- Continuing education on the evolving security landscape to include but not be limited to: Security Strategy, Cyber Resilience, Cyber Recovery, Segmentation, Cloud Security, Zero Trust, Endpoint Security Architecture, SASE/SSE, Observability, AI Security, Next Generation Firewall, Identity and Access Management, and Compliance requirements.
