What You'll Do

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead Sales Initiatives: Take full responsibility for the sales performance of our Water Business Unit products across GB, working in close collaboration with internal trade sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Expand Market Reach: Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in architecture, consulting engineering, and major industry sectors like the National Trust, Water Authorities, and leading contractors.
  • Drive Product Development: Collaborate with our engineering and innovation teams to refine and enhance our product offerings, ensuring our products meet industry regulations and lead the market.
  • Enhance Sales Channels: Build and optimize sales channels to maximize margin and grow our brand's presence across GB.
  • Shape Strategy: Play a senior role within the business unit, providing insights and contributing to high-level strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For
  • Experienced Sales Professional: You bring sales expertise with a focus on relationship-building and solutions-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for pumps, CTP, and separators.
  • Educate and engage architects, engineers, and other stakeholders through professional CPDs and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with Area Sales Managers to deliver precise customer specifications.
  • Play an active role in CRM development to streamline project tracking and management.
  • Identify and pursue product enhancements, new market channels, and industry trends to solidify Kingspan's market position.
  • Ensure our solutions remain compliant and cutting-edge by staying engaged in relevant industry groups and regulatory discussions.
