The role of the Area Sales Manager - Building Materials / Roofing will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position selling a distributed range of rolled lead, hard metal roofing and ancillary products.
- Majority of your time will be spent selling to independent builders merchants, independent roofing merchants, roofing merchants, national merchants and buying groups.
- Remainder of your time will be spent stimulating demand / selling to contractors, roofers, roofing contractors and installers.
- Inheriting a well-established area currently turning over circa £20m.
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Building Materials / Roofing with:
- Must have sold to or worked for builders merchants.
- Open in terms of building products sold however roofing would be advantageous.
- Must be able to work on your own autonomy.
- Self-managed and self-motivated.
- IT Literate.
