We are seeking a talented and experienced Reward and Benefits Partner to join a retail business in Windsor. This key role will provide expert support in gender pay gap analysis, job evaluations, and managing the annual salary and bonus review cycles. The successful candidate will be responsible for benchmarking, analysing data, and developing effective pay review budgets to ensure compensation practices remain competitive and fair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed gender pay gap analysis and recommend strategies to reduce any disparities.
  • Lead job evaluations, ensuring roles are appropriately assessed and aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Manage the annual salary and bonus review cycles, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits packages against the external market to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Analyse data and work closely with HR leadership to develop pay review budgets.
  • Provide guidance and advice on all reward and benefits matters to HR teams and business leaders.
  • Monitor trends and changes in reward practices to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Reward and Benefits role, with a solid understanding of compensation analysis and benefits administration.
  • Strong experience with gender pay gap analysis and job evaluations.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in managing salary review cycles and developing pay budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
