The students include those with Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) issues.

Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the dynamic team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in the delivery of personalized learning plans Supporting pupils with their educational and emotional needs Implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviors Encouraging social interaction and communication skills development Providing one-on-one or small group support as required

Requirements:

Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH Resillience and a strong mindset A patient and nurturing approach Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
