**PART-TIME (0.6 FTE) & 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT**

OVERVIEW

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Financial Director (12-Month FTC) to join a growing healthcare business in Warwickshire. This 3-day-per-week role will be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, partnering with an ambitious and dynamic business owner to drive top and bottom-line growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced finance leader who enjoys working in a hands-on, commercial environment, providing both strategic and operational financial leadership.

ROLE

As Financial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring the business has the financial clarity and strategic direction needed to scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business owner to develop and implement financial growth strategies.
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support commercial decision-making, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.
  • Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring best practices are in place.

PERSON

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Financial Director (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a owner-managed healthcare or services environment. You will be commercially focused and able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on financial management.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience in healthcare, services, or owner-managed businesses preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to drive both revenue and profitability growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A hands-on leader, capable of influencing and working closely with an ambitious business owner.
  • This could be ideal for someone with an existing fractional portfolio
