We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive professional with a track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns, to join our Sales and Marketing Executive team.

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, existing account management, social media platform, and building relationships to help the business' strategic growth. This will include representing the business to develop networks, attending, or organizing relevant events, and accurately collecting, updating, and analysing data to identify the local market and trends.

You will be required to support the senior sales executives to achieve a common goal, by undertaking the tasks listed below:

  1. Set a clear (key) account strategy to achieve deeper account penetration, improve retention and develop sales.
  2. Identify new sales targets and introduce them to the business through proactive sales activity.
  3. Create strong listings on various e-commerce channels for our B2C customers.
  4. Create and maintain platform website content, along with developing and implementing an SEO strategy.
  5. Create and implement the marketing strategy for our brand based on the consumer market and product knowledge. This includes CRM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing including news articles and blogs.
  6. Monitor our competitors to ensure that the company remains a market leader and assist in the research of market trends.
  7. Use Google analytics to report on web activity, and produce reports on visitor numbers and digital marketing activity.
  8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of advertising, newsletter, and marketing strategies.
  9. Manage our social media platforms and identify opportunities to grow their existing follower base.
  10. Review your own sales performance against targets as you gain experience.

  • Expert working knowledge of E-commerce business segments.
  • Knowledge of SEO & SEM delivery.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, driven by success.
  • Experience in creating effective optimised listings and experience working on various market platforms.
  • Experience in growing online business.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, mainly Excel.
  • You will also be involved in data entry/processing, invoicing, and undertaking listings for products on platforms.

Benefits:

25 days holiday and 8 bank holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience: E-commerce marketing: 2 years (required)
