E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for multiple E-Commerce Executives to join our expanding team and play a key role in driving the business forwards. These are brand new roles within the business and will be responsible for implementing the e-commerce trading strategy to drive profitable growth across our distribution websites, within the EMEA region / AMER region.
Your principal accountabilities will include supporting the Trading Manager in the delivery of the e-commerce business plan targets. Furthermore, you will be dealing with day to day operations of managing pricing, inventory, and marketing campaigns, while monitoring sales by analysing data for discounted items.
We want an individual who will be able to monitor key site metrics including Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Session Value and be confident enough to make recommendations on necessary improvements. You will also need to be comfortable with working collaboratively across teams (digital marketing) in order to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brands' websites as well as developing and improving traffic from our existing channels.

About you
- At least 2 years in a similar role
- Be able to identify performance issues and apply corrective actions.
- Be able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Confident in your ability to make recommendations for necessary improvement.
- Be able to analyse sales performance by airport to determine the best and worst performing suppliers and apply corrective action to maximise profitability.
