Responsibilities:- Lead on all UK FP&A activities within the business.
- Act as a Business Partner to senior leadership teams, as well as other areas of the business to provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support key decision-making processes.
- Lead the annual budgeting and business planning process, including periodic reforecasting. Provide guidance and support to departments in preparing comprehensive budgets.
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis to identify strategic opportunities, challenge assumptions, and recommend alternative solutions to optimise business outcomes.
- Develop and manage the monthly KPI dashboard, providing insight into key performance metrics to drive business success.
- Conduct regular reviews of departmental costs to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
- Manage monthly financial reconciliations, as well as provide ad hoc analysis and reports.
- x1 Direct Report (no previous management experience needed).
- Fully qualified Accountant - CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
- 2-5 years of FP&A experience.
- Industry Experience - Retail highly advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Exceptional organisational abilities with strong attention to detail in managing systems, planning, and data analysis.
