The farm is proud of its forward thinking approach and focus on continuous improvement.What You Will Be DoingAs Farm Manager, you will lead all arable and potato operations. You will:Manage crop planning, planting, growing, and harvest operationsDevelop and trial new crop opportunities to enhance profitabilityCreate nutrition plans, crop rotations, irrigation schedules, and cultivation strategiesMonitor crop performance, pests, and diseases, implementing preventative and reactive measuresRecruit, train, and manage permanent and seasonal staffPlan workloads, manage performance, and promote a positive team cultureOversee machinery and equipment care to ensure efficient useManage budgets, input costs, labour planning, and provide performance reportingMaintain health & safety compliance and champion sustainable farming practicesWhat You NeedPrevious farm management experience, ideally in arable and root crop productionProven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teamsStrong organisational, planning, and communication abilitiesKnowledge of modern arable and root crop techniques, machinery, and sustainable agricultureAgricultural qualifications beneficialA proactive, innovative mindset and interest in crop diversificationWhat Is In It for YouOpportunity to lead a progressive farming business with scope to drive diversificationInfluence and develop innovative crop production strategiesManage and develop a skilled and motivated teamWork within a sustainability focused environmentCompetitive salary package depending on experienceHow to ApplyIf you are an experienced farm manager looking for the chance to work as part of a diverse farming enterprise then get in touch.
