As a purposeful, values-driven brand, we are committed to being a force for good in the world as well, creating the next generation of sustainable luxury for customers, driving industry change and championing our communities.    JOB PURPOSE The Sourcing Coordinator manages the seasonal placement and follow-through of finished goods for a particular category, in a manner congruent with the supply chain objectives: delivering quality product, on time and at the right price.   RESPONSIBILITIES Advise vendors on seasonal calendars, unit plans, and negotiate minimums; manage buying and delivery deadlines to meet Time & Action calendar. Oversee raw material bookings, seasonal order book handover, and purchase orders; ensure production needs and delivery schedules are met. Maintain PLM updates for vendor costs and BOM information; liaise with product development, technical teams, and quality assurance to ensure compliance and resolve issues. Coordinate with Customer Operations and cross-functional teams on order timing; monitor pre-buy vs. actual, address shortfalls, and prepare weekly production updates. Analyze seasonal pricing and margins, finalize costs with manager, and participate in vendor performance reviews; communicate best practices and seasonal updates to vendors. Ensure standard processes across sourcing teams; manage workload prioritization, counter-sourcing needs, and train/develop Sourcing Assistant as required.   PERSONAL PROFILE Proven experience in production/manufacturing management; strong costing, negotiation, and retail math skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP/PLM knowledge desirable. Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills; detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through. Self-motivated, solution-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative; able to lead or work within a team.
