Job Purpose
The Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for managing seasonal placement and follow-up of finished goods across assigned categories, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products at the right cost, in line with supply chain goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seasonal production timelines and vendor communications
  • Support vendor negotiations and raw material planning
  • Maintain accurate cost and BOM data in PLM
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order flow and issue resolution
  • Monitor material usage and flag shortfalls
  • Prepare weekly production updates and support pricing analysis
  • Ensure calendar adherence and consistency across sourcing teams
  • Contribute to vendor performance reviews and fit approvals
  • Support and develop Sourcing Assistants as needed

*PERSONAL PROFILE*

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP/PLM a plus
  • Strong costing, negotiation, and retail math skills
  • Experience in production or manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative
