Our leading Technology Client, a global innovator in digital experiences, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Creative Director to join their Studio EMEA team, focusing on their Student and Education segment.

The Opportunity:

As our Associate Creative Director, you'll be the creative force behind their Student and Education initiatives across EMEA. You'll own the creative expression of this vital segment, ensuring quality, consistency, and engaging experiences throughout the customer journey. You'll translate strategic campaigns into impactful creative solutions, collaborating with global marketing teams and leading the entire creative production process.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Creative Excellence: Drive the development and execution of world-class creative work that resonates with student audiences and achieves business objectives.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Build strong relationships with marketing teams, understanding their needs and delivering clear, effective creative plans.
  • Project Management Mastery: Lead multiple marketing design projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within a fast-paced environment.
  • Agency Leadership: Manage agency relationships, providing clear briefings, project updates, and creative reviews.
  • Operational Optimization: Proactively identify and drive improvements in design processes.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and positive team environment, setting the standard for creative excellence.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Creative Vision: A passion for marketing and a keen eye for design, with the ability to articulate your creative vision.
  • Education Expertise: Deep knowledge of the education system and student audiences in the UK and US (German/French a plus).
  • Marketing Acumen: Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Communication Prowess: Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Design Expertise: A strong understanding of design across all disciplines, from concept to execution.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience in the creative and marketing industry, with hands-on experience in relevant creative software.
  • Project Management: Experience with Adobe Workfront project management tool a significant plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential, and French or German is a valuable asset.
