Were recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to cover a period of maternity leave within a CQC-regulated service based in Andover.Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and confident leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting a dedicated staff team.The role will be office-based in Andover, with some travel required between nearby sites.Key Responsibilities Lead and support the team to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with CQC standards Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements Promote a positive, person-centred culture across the service Manage day-to-day service operations, staffing, and performance Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) essential Proven experience in service management within a CQC-regulated care setting Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance expectations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Please note: there is no requirement for this role to be registered with CQC; however, a comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations is essential.Additional xwwtmva Information Full-time, Monday to Friday Initial 12-month contract, with potential to extend up to 18 months (depending on start date) Competitive salary of £32,000 £35,000 per annum, depending on experience Opportunity to make a real impact within a well-established, supportive organisation If youre an experienced Service Manager looking for your next challenge, wed love to hear from you.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
