Cheval Collection is the parent company of growing hospitality brands Cheval Residences and Cheval Maison, experts in luxury serviced apartments, with locations in London and Dubai and we are seeking a Social Media & PR Manager to join our commercial team and shape Cheval’s global presence.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.As Social Media & PR Manager, you will lead how the brand communicates across digital platforms, media channels, and key markets, ensuring Cheval is consistently represented as a leader in luxury serviced living.This exciting role that drives social media strategy, PR activity, influencer collaborations, brand storytelling, and digital community engagement you will oversee communications for properties in London and Dubai, as well as pre-opening campaigns for new developments in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll act as guardian of the brand voice and deliver impactful campaigns.This dynamic role covers a range of responsibilities, including:Develop and execute global social media & PR strategy across all regionsMaintain a consistent brand voice and visual identityBuild partnerships with influencers and creators aligned to luxury audiencesDrive engagement through analytics, community management, and trend forecastingManage relationships with agencies, editors, journalists, and media partnersManage crisis communications with senior stakeholdersTrack KPIs across social, PR, and campaignsLead social and PR strategy for new launchesThis is a creative and strategic role requiring strong digital expertise, excellent media relationships, and deep knowledge of luxury brand communications and we would love to hear from you if you have:Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brandsProven xwwtmva success managing multi-platform social media at scaleStrong media and influencer networks across key marketsExceptional copywriting and storytelling skillsExperience delivering impactful PR campaigns with measurable resultsKnowledge of digital trends, analytics tools, and best practicesExperience working across international regions and diverse audiencesStrong organizational and project management skillsCreativity, forward-thinking, and digital fluencyExcellent communication and aesthetic judgementConfidence in building relationships with high emotional intelligence
